From Seeds to Sprouts Mission
With all going on in the world these days, many parents want to homeschool their children, but feel that they are unable to do so for a variety of reasons. From Seeds to Sprouts is here to help, providing the community and support you need to feel confident in your journey. Our mission is to provide a loving, caring, environment where your child can access rigorous, individualized curriculum in collaboration with the parents. When we work together, we can get the homeschooling done!
We believe that children thrive in an environment which values their individuality. Just as each seed has its own ideal sprouting time, so does your child. Public schools have long been organized as a one-size fits all system. That is not how God created children. He created them all to be unique with different strengths and abilities. At From Seeds to Sprouts, your child will be placed into the curriculum based on their unique learning needs, instead of based on age and "grade". This way they are learning when THEY are ready to learn while being in an environment which provides support and opportunities to grow intellectually, socially, and creatively. Our program is designed to be a collaborative one in which the parents and staff at From Seeds to Sprouts work together to help your child succeed, while ensuring they develop the strong roots they need to be successful in life.

Our Programs
Preschool / Pre-K (3-4 years old)

As a member of our PEA Ministry, you can rest assured your little one is safe a protected from any unwanted mandates as they begin their education journey. Your child will be free to play and explore, learning the way young kids learn best; plenty of hands-on activities and lots of social interaction. Our PreK room is intentionally set up to allow children opportunities to develop language arts, math, science, fine and gross motor skills through exploration and play. Lunch and recess will be included in all programs. Our outdoor play space spans the entire back side
of the building and includes play structures, a garden area,
and more!

Your child may be potty-training, but MUST be in pull ups and be mostly independent when using the potty. All children will need a change of clothes and wipes sent daily.

Please note that From Seeds to Sprouts PEA is a Ministry. We are NOT licensed by the OEC to provide child care services or offer a child daycare program. We claim exemption from licensure under CGS 19a-77(b)(8), as a project of North Point Ministries.
Our Roots
As we face much unrest in our world, and lines of truth become blurred, there is a great need for programs that infuse strength, truth, and Godly character into our children. It is from this need that the idea for From Seeds to Sprouts was born. I want to give your child a firm foundation that will grow their roots deep and help them to become successful individuals who are able to think for themselves. Our curriculum will focus on traditional Christian values while utilizing learning methods that encourage children to play and discover as they gain confidence in their abilities to learn, collaborate, and problem solve.
